Alto launches Alto Intelligence

Alto announces the launch of Alto Intelligence, a suite of five AI capabilities built directly into its platform.

The launch of Alto Intelligence cements a significant step for the industry, showing how AI is being utilised whilst changing how estate agency works.

The capabilities include Alto IQ – an AI data analyst, available free to every Alto customer and AutoCert. It is an AI agent which manages compliance certifications end to end, automatically handling Gas Safety certificates, EICRs and other important compliance obligations.

There is also Alto IQ, which mines agency data and surfaces insights, patterns, and recommended actions which would otherwise take hours to find manually. It is also able to identify which listings are at risk of falling through and flags applicants showing buying signals a team hasn’t yet acted on.
