Dubai Land Department (DLD) has entered a strategic collaboration with Google Cloud aimed at strengthening investor confidence, improving market transparency and enhancing the overall experience of exploring and managing property investments in the emirate.
The partnership, announced at GITEX Global 2025, connects DLD’s institutional data with Google Cloud’s Data and AI capabilities, enabling new smart services designed to support investors throughout the decision-making process. The initiative aligns with the goals of the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 and the Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033, both of which focus on sustainable growth and innovation in the sector.
As part of the collaboration, DLD introduced the DLD Investor AI Assistant, powered by Google Gemini. The new service is designed to help local and international investors access accurate, neutral and data-driven insights through an intelligent interface that analyses extensive volumes of real estate information. It provides guidance on Dubai’s investment landscape, market procedures and operational steps, supporting users in making informed decisions.
The assistant will be available through the DLD website and was demonstrated during GITEX Global 2025, where the department also showcased an additional feature allowing users to convert real estate documents into AI-generated interactive podcasts using Google NotebookLM. This functionality enables users to explore investment topics through conversational audio and engage with information in a more accessible format. DLD plans to continue expanding the service with further enhancements.
The collaboration represents a broader shift in how technology and institutional data are being applied to property services in Dubai. By combining its real estate datasets with Google Cloud’s AI and mapping technologies, DLD aims to set new standards for efficiency, service delivery and investor engagement.
DLD views the partnership as an important step in redefining how individuals interact with government institutions and how real estate decisions are made across the emirate. The department says the initiative strengthens Dubai’s position as a global testbed for digital innovation, supporting a vision of the city as a leading destination for smart, sustainable and secure investment.
