Homesage.ai has released a new generation of property intelligence APIs designed to give PropTech developers and real estate professionals instant, AI-driven insights across over 145 million properties in the US.
The upgrade introduces enhanced neural network models, computer vision capabilities and over 20 specialist API endpoints, aimed at helping developers build the next wave of data-rich real estate applications. The launch comes as the PropTech sector continues to expand rapidly, with forecasts suggesting the market could exceed $72bn by 2030.
Homesage.ai’s expanded API suite analyses MLS listings, for-sale-by-owner data and off-market properties in real time, standardising the outputs into developer-friendly REST and JSON formats. The company says the new models deliver a depth of analysis that traditional data providers are unable to offer.
“Modern real estate applications need sophisticated data integration capabilities to compete effectively. Our upgraded property intelligence APIs give programmers the tools to build next-generation platforms that deliver exceptional user experiences and meet evolving market demands.”
Blaze Dimov, CEO and Founder, Homesage.ai
The updated platform includes a range of new endpoints. The Investment Potential API uses advanced AI scoring to assess individual properties, while the Property Condition API applies computer vision to classify homes into six condition categories, from Excellent to Very Poor.
Other tools include the Renovation Cost Estimation API, which calculates projected refurbishment expenses based on factors such as size, location and architectural style. The Renovation ROI API offers profitability forecasts and recommended renovation budgets, and the Short-term and Long-term Rental Estimate APIs provide cap rates, IRR projections, cash-on-cash returns and expected net operating income.
The Price Flexibility Score API evaluates the likelihood of price negotiation, while the Full Property Report API produces comprehensive, AI-enriched summaries featuring exclusive investment indicators. Homesage.ai says the suite is supported by a robust REST architecture, transparent credit-based pricing and daily-updated datasets.
The platform is designed for IT teams building products for realtors, lenders, insurers, investors, contractors and wider PropTech firms. Bulk analysis capabilities also allow portfolio managers to process large volumes of data more efficiently.
Homesage.ai, headquartered in Washington, D.C., uses advanced AI to analyse multiple listing sources alongside over 140 million residential properties across the US. Its tools aims to help professionals identify high-value investment opportunities through real-time scoring and detailed property intelligence.
