Oreda looks to strengthen its advisory team with the appointment of Dr Dominik Rehse as their Director Strategy & Advanced Analytics. The company aims to expand its work across real estate financing, data analytics and artificial intelligence (AI).
In this role, Dominik is responsible for the application of generative AI to accelerate processes, strengthen quality assurance and selectively expand Oreda’s service offering.

He brings his expertise to bear across ongoing mandates in Debt Asset Management, Rescue & Recovery, and Financing & Strategic Advisory, implementing AI solutions where they create the greatest value for Oreda’s clients. Looking ahead, he will develop digital solutions across the entire lifecycle of commercial real estate financing.
Dominik brings extensive experience gained in Corporate Development at DIC Asset AG and from over ten years at ZEW – Leibniz Centre for European Economic Research, most recently as Deputy Head of the Digital Economy research unit.

Dominik’s background includes the secure application of AI in sensitive environments as well as the analysis of digitally driven market developments.
He brings this expertise to the commercial real estate financing and investment market, and he holds a doctorate from EBS University of Business and Law, where he studied alongside Dr Christopher Yvo Oertel and Dr Daniel Landgraf, both Managing Directors of Oreda.
